I had a carli leveling system put on my 2018 3500 ram, with there adjustable trac bar and sway bar. Noticed my passenger wheel/tire sticks out about 3/4" farther then my driver side. How can i fix this, i thought getting the adjustable trac bar would do it and am i ok driving the truck like this?

Might be a dumb question, but how do you determine where trac bar should be set, is it just a measurement that you take off a given point or do you measure wheel/tire off fender and adjust from there? Also need to know if driving like this is ok or need to have fixed immediately?

Have you considered contacting the seller of the item?

I usually just center the tires so that there is equal spacing to the outside of the wheel well. Some manufactures will give track bar length to lift height but if you don't have that, just measure and center.

Won't really hurt things to drive like that except tire life. Your trust angles will be off which will have the power of the truck pointing at an angle to actual direction of travel. It will be like constantly driving in a turn so there will be a bit of pull as you and subtract power.

I would take it back to whoever did your install and tell them to fix it. It is only about 1/2 hour to get it right which they didn't. Also if they did a front end alignment they will need to redo it. If they didn't you should get one once the TBar is properly adjusted.

The track bar needs to be adjusted to the correct length specified in the instructions before install, if it is too long there will be metal on metal contact. Its likely only about 3/8" off as when you take 1/4" from one side it adds to the other. Most solid axles trucks have the axle off center at ride height and there will be no handling or tire wear issues due to it.
