I was excited to get the tuner but that quickly faded. Didn't work so went to their site to upgrade. The program to upgrade wouldn't even open after burning up 80mb no 160 mb of my satellite data because I tried twice. Now comes customer no support after you give them every piece of personal info you could imagine just to register on a full page form. Then you get to fill out a form much like the registration any guess what it won't submit and goes blank to be filled out again. Their site sucks big time and if it is indicative of how their product is SUPPOSED to work I understand the problem. Buy at your own risk I am trying to send mine back.

I've read that they have dropped support for some of their tuners. Sorry

I have never been very impressed with any year superchip on a cummins.You would be much better of with a Smarty.I have never had an issue loading or updating one
