Problem with ATS manifold and exhaust brake?

at May madness this year Steve [ATS] said they had some problems with poor castings [mostly cosmetic issues]... Blair Pine was there asking a question to Steve and I was with him. he stated they thought they had caught them all but "some" must have been shipped before they discovered... they are a very customer friendly shop. . call them
