Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) problem with htb2 62

My htb2 62 started making a weird noise I think it is a turbo bark. It will do it when i am half to full throttle and when the converter lock up and hit overdrive. I watch the boost it goes to 40 to 5-10 and back before i can get out of it. Is anybody else having this problem. I am planning to call htt at the first of the week but just wondering if anybody else had the problem and how can i fix . It did not do this when i got it only 9 month ago 15,000miles. I realy like this turbo very fast spooling 0-50 very easy . so i realy want to fix the problem.
