Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Problem with MAD ECM

Got my ECM today and installed. Turned the key on and did the peddle thing. Turned the key off and then cranked the truck. Smooth as silk..... but when I mash on the peddle nothing happens. It takes about 15 seconds for it to rev up to full RPM. Anyone knows what I have done wrong????
