I have two numbers of two different diesel Q-C trucks do'es anyone know what engine is in these trucks ?. #1 3D7MU48C74G216897

They are both 3500 ETH HO Cummins with DG8 Auto trans. The red one, #1 above was sold direct retail and went in for 1 service diagnostic call. The silver one, #2 above was sold as a Chrysler lease and has never been in the shop although there is an outstanding recall on the transmission line that needs to be done. Hope that helps!

3D7MU48C74G216897- is a Mexico built, Dodge third gen, without side air bags, and a GVWR of 10,001-14,000, Ram pickup 4x4, 3500 drw, quad cab, 5. 9L I6 HO Diesel, 2004 model year, built at the Saltillo plant.



3D7LU38C64G141924- the same except SRW, with GVWR of 9,001-10,000

Interesting link... according to the .pdf link, mine is a Durango 4x4, per the 5th character in my VIN... everything else checks out. Funniest looking Durango I've ever seen:D:D
 
The fifth digit for mine is a 5 which says it is a Dodge Durango! First Durango I've seen with a Cummins and DRW's!!! lol

Are you sure your counting right? The fifth position on the 2005 VIN should be a letter!! A "B" or a "D" would be a Durango, I would expect yours to be and "R" or and "S" for Heavy Duty Pickup 4x2 or 4x4.
