Hey everybody, just checking in. For those that don't know, I'm running the traditional DSE blend with Craig's formula in a PRISTENE, DROP DEAD GORGEOUS '93 CTD, my Lil' BlackBeauty. Always started on 1/2 crank, ran quiter, all the bennies. Anyways, I was up to about 5 tankfuls when tragedy struck! No you sillies, nothing wrong with the blend or my baby, except that I traded her off. Yes, I betrayed you all and am now driving a '99 f350 P-joke 4x4 crewcab. It wasn't the fact that my CTD had 380k miles and the ford has 220K, or that the ford is in better shape (hell, its an old crummy from a logging outfit, there's enough dirt in the cab to grow 6 redwoods). No, I just wanted a change, or maybe "challenge" is a better way to put it.
Is this alt fuel related? You bet. I put 10gal blend in the truck and so far so good
