problems with DTT transmission

Anybody with the auto thats had these problems please help! Im sitting at 5. 17 volts right now at the pcm. My regulator is bad because im reading a little under 12 volts right now and I cant adjust it. Ive tried the 50, 100, 150 ohm resistors and even tied 3 together to get 300ohms and it still will not drop below 5. 17. What do I do. I cannot get ahold of Bill K. And also what watt resistors do i use. i have 1/2 watt now

check out these links(past threads)... they maynot have the direct solution/info, but you can see what TDR members did the same work. . you can email them directly and ask. . thats what I would do.

Well figured out what it was. . some water got in the regulator and laid acroos the curcuits. That explained why I was getting 12 volts out of the orange wire. What a day. But thanks to Turbo Terry he helped me figure it out.
