All you guys with 02 ctd, Have you had problems with genos fuel line that they give you that screws into the vp44???? the problem is that it will not push the scharder valve in and smash the plastic part on the inside of the line . . Andy at genos was a big help on this he said to unscrew the valve out of the vp 44 and put there line back on . Is that ok? I tighten the line all diffrent ways. Has this been a problem or is it me. I have posted several times with my gauge install thanks for all the help. Just want my fuel gauge to work :)

I don’t know if it’s the same 18” line but my first fuel hose from Genos was messed up where it screwed into the VP44. The white plastic washer was smashed funny to one side and the piece that pushes the Schrader valve open was cocked to the other side. I never installed it, just called and they sent me a new one the next day.

If you got a mechanical gauge, I did fill the isolator to gauge line with antifreeze where it didn’t have any bubbles which didn’t work. I let it drip out some and it works like it should. FWIW

Thank you for the reply. i got everything hooked up and bled the air out when i start the truck gauge goes to 15 stays for a min then drops to 5 whats wrong now need help..... andy
