Production Date

I was looking at the plate on the inside of the drivers door and it gives 4-92-C for the production date. 4 must be April and 92 is the year, but what does the "C" stand for?

I think C means second shift.



I have been around a couple of factorys that used A,B,C for shift ID. A being thirds. B being days. C being seconds.
