Come on, we have too many computer nuts for me to believe that someone is not online tonight who is attending May Madness. .

Fess up, what are the rest of us missing in the way of new goodies????

Scott... of all the people that could have responded, I would not have expected you! Run out of cars to flip? Someone tell us less mobile ones what is going on there.

I'm back from May Madness and had a blast. I worked the booth with Roy from Mag-Hytec and got to meet a lot of guys that post on this sight. Good to put the face with the names. I was one of the observers that rode with anyone that wanted to drive a 4x4 single or dulie on a small off road course. I took a ride in a Hummer and was impressed with stability (in the turns in at 70 mph and out at 50 mph and very little roll) and could climb anything even stop half way up and start again without getting stuck (60 deg grade and rutty and rockie). Cool dirt in the face and lots of fun. I think some guys had a sand drag but don't know who won (yes I do but I don't want to steel his thunder. ) Perfect weather and snow on the mountain tops that the sun shined on in the afternoon making a picture perfict setting. I think there was about 320 trucks, all diesel shake rattle and roll, Tim Allen (Tool Time on TV) has nothing over those guys. OTC oh too cool man. Had a great time and a lot of fun. Wish all the TDR could have been there.

By the way, I think the Phord guys in town were intimidated at the sight of so many Dodge trucks.

Sincerely, Kevin

I bought a new Mag-Hytec transmission pan! It looks good and I can't wait to install it. I got to see some TDR friends and talk to the many "experts" regarding the merits of their products. I saw some fine--and I do mean fine examples of fixed up-shined up and chromed up Dodge turbo diesel pickups! It was a great time with great people and I wish more of you could have been there, like my Hospitalized friend Gary- willyslover. Get well soon cybertwin!!! Sam #ad

I got back last night after a visit with Porky's cybertwin. Gary is in better spirits and seems to be doing well. Mike Crossley, Shawn and I ramavaned through some beautiful Sierra terrain. We had lunch at about the 7600 ft. level at Alpine Lake, courtesy of Shawn's wife. The terrain is still covered in snow at that level, lots of water running in the rivers (cold! YIKES!!!).

My booth was right next to Roy and Oilman. We had a set of aeroquip fuel lines displayed along with the Holley lift pump I am installing on my truck tomorrow. I was warning folks of the delivery pressure problem. There was a guy at the event who experienced power drop off on the top end so Piers hooked up a gauge and the pressure was dropping to 1psi under load! We had a super turbo for fondling, a Jardine exhaust system, etc. A LARGE Canadian showed up with some sort of air system. He had a LARGE white truck with a LARGE white trailer. Mike and Craig set up a flat screen display with some shots of the upgrades on the steroid ram. It changed pictures every 30 seconds. I got a full nights sleep last night and now I am going through MM withdrawls now #ad

Unfortunately Brett from Edge Products could not get to the event. I had his fueling module on my truck to show off but we did not have one at the booth.

We met a lot of BB members at the event, thanks to all who stopped by to say hi #ad
It's great to hear about providing some of you folks a laugh, makes my day.

One of the highlights for me was meeting RPATTON. The general has a great sense of humor and had me doubled up laughing more then once #ad

I am calling everyone goober now and frequently use "Joe s*** the rag man" in conversation. Turns out they have their own dialect back in his neck of the woods #ad

Next to meeting the general, the best part was the parking lot wrenching competitions. Their were little huddles of trucks in different areas of the parking area with their hoods up. This event may need to be renamed BOMBfest #ad

Thanks to John/Polly Holmes, general Patton, the CVI, the other vendors, and all the friendly turboheads.

Alright, I think I am actualy mentally capable of posting at this point. I would just like to second everything that HVAC said, we had a great time, great food, and met some great friends. Lots of new and exciting products out there and wished I had some money. anyhow was a great event.

I had a good time. Bought a few things for the truck. My APPS sensor went out while I was there. Had to wait two days for Carson Dodge to get the replacement. They had it fixed by 10:30 am Friday, and I drove straight thru to Dallas. Got in at 5:00 pm on Saturday. It was nice to meet alot of people and put some faces with the names from the forum.
