Programmer selection..

I haven't been keeping up with the third gen stuff too much lately. . Are there any new programs or programmers out? My 05 dually does a best of 13. 82 now with a 130 power pup. . I'd like to see very low 13's to high 12's and keep torque management. . I still have the stock input. . Anything new out there? Thanks. .
