Just wondering if anyone is running a set of these, I have seen a few but was wondering if they help at all or just mainly for looks? I think that they'd look pretty cool but was also looking for a better set up too.

Thanks

If they are these: Anzo USA - Performance Lighting

I emailed the manufacture and they a wrote back saying the products focus is on "looks" more than performance so I wouldn't expect much.

I put 100w Hella high beam projectors in place of my fogs that work great to supplement the highs but that left the low beam still in question.

I am pretty close to a revamp for the lows that will put my Hella's with custom 3rd gen fog mountings up for sale.

Matt400, let me know what you might want for your modded 120mm Hellas. You can PM me. Of course, I am also curious how you are going to mod the low beams in a way to make the 120'ss obsolete. I still haven't decided what lights I am going to mount where on my Bull bar--I am hoping that I will have room to mount a pair of driving lights and a pair of fog lights down low in the 5" holes, which is why I am interested in your modded Hellas--those things really shine, even mounted down low. I am curious if the beam is adjustable using the Hella screws, or if you came up with your own system?

I have changed my mind many times on the lighting issue, and as of this writing (unless someone convinces me otherwise) am going to use a Randy Ellis light bar and take them up on their package offer to include a pair of KC Rally 800's to supplement the highs. Those will mount in the middle.

The supplement for the lows will be an experiment that I feel should work nicely. I will buy these empty housings and mount them on the outboard tabs, then install these low beam's that use a replaceable 55w H1 bulb.

Since these are ECE spec they should place most all of the available lumens on the road rather than scatter the light to the sides which is what I am looking for.

I will remount my oem fogs as the modded Hella's I have in there now would make me illegal with the new lamps on the light bar.

I will PM you on those. .

I like the look of that Randy Ellis light bar. Up until now, I was considering one of these, Defiant Light Bar.

I have seen some pics where the installer shortened up the tubing for a cleaner look. Guess now I have to start flipping a coin.
