I like the look of it. Price is right... $40 shipping is of course absurd. I'd like to see it on a truck to see how it looks as well.

Spicyjam has those on his truck and they look sweet but he said they produce very poor lighting. I would put those on my truck if I didnt drive at night so much.

I have almost those same exact ones on my truck. The only difference is, they aren't the smoked one's they're the crystal ones. The install was a pain in the @$$. The gaps aren't quite the same. The rubber on the grill side of the light doesn't have any way to attach. I had to modify the back of the light, and some of the sheet metal behind the light. Since it's 1 piece (headlight and marker light together) it makes it very difficult to put in. Once they're in, there's no way to adjust them since the one adjustment screw it has is in the back, you have to take them out to adjust them and then put them back in. The lighting IMO is better than stock, but I do have the one's with the clear lens instead of the smoked lens. They do look pretty nice, but it also took me about 1-1/2 hours each to put in. Way longer than should be for "stock replacement" lights. I'll try to get some pictures up this afternoon.

These are not the same ones that you looked at and the lighting is fantastic. They are not cheap but worth it when you consider when I turned off all my driving lights(I have 6 nine inchers) my wife thought that the headlights were off. They are called "Bi Zenon" projector headlights. The same ones that come in the high end Audi's.

P. S. I know, my phone takes terrible pictures.

There is a guy up here that does the conversion on the trucks. The wiring harness is a little different for the 12vers than the 24valves. His truck only takes 2 relays for his harness per light. One high and one low. On my older truck it takes 3 relays. Other than that they all work the same. I am going down to Anchorage this weekend and I'll ask him where he gets the modules. I'm pretty sure that he gets the modules from somewhere on the east coast but not a 100% sure. The light difference is like night and day. Those old light fixtures of the 97's were horrendous. And thats being nice.

Are those the Borealis lights? I'd definitely be interested in some more information! Does he build a kit that would fit into the '01 Sports? My housings are already toast anyway, and the lights could have used improvement since day one.

I am not done playing with the lights just yet. I want to see if I can get them aimed better, they are a PITA to work with. The hood I got from Summit it is a Harwood... ..... once I get my truck back together with the sport front end I will get a better pic.

Jong,

He originally made them for his 01. He knows the 01 the best and he can premake the wiring kit. Don't know if he will put the kit up for you tho because there is alot of work inside the headlight area. All you can do is ask. Here are a couple of pictures to give you an idea.

Alright, I've finally figured out how to add pictures to this thing. Here are the pictures of mine. Notice on the side the large gap between the light and the fender.
