Has anyone ran propane for the mileage? With fuel getting as rediculous as it has been lately, I was thinking about my next bomp actually helping mileage along with the power a little more than normal. How much of a milage increase have people been getting in the real world? Also what kinds of kits are recomended. The MSD looks pretty interesting but don't know what others have done.

lcaad1249,

The MSD is one of the best out there, it has more safety features and controls than anything I have seen to date. The customers that have tried in on Dodges so far have reported a 0. 75-1. 50 MPG gain to us. The Duramax guys seem to get the most MPG out of it!

Do you know how much propane is used per gallon of diesel, or any other way to get a cost analysis of how long of a return that system would be?

Where is EEE TEE propane made or a number or something. I am also looking at the MSD and think I might go that way.

EEE TEE system can be found here http://www.eeetee.com/digiboost/blurb.htm they are made in Calgary. I took there system and modified it to my application: larger regulator, fuel Gas mini scubber, drilled and tapped inlets and outlets for precise flow. I haven't heard anything about the MSD , but it looks like a good system. Tune to see about 25 hp gain for best economy, more than a 25 % gain can be unstable.
