Ford Fuel presure question?

I have been considering my first performance mod and propane injection is at the top of my list right now. I have read tons of propaganda and now need some real world advice. the added power will be nice but im mainly looking for the increased fuel economy. the system im looking at says 1 to 3 miles per gallon additional with minimal EGT raise. does any one have any real world numbers how much can i actually expect the EGT to rise?

this is the sytem im looking at. http://www.dieselperformanceproducts.com/home.html

I would look at F-1 injectors before the gas. They will always be there and you won't have to fill a tank all the time. My 0. 02

I'd bet the fuel savings aren't that impressive once you factor in the cost of propane. Plus, all the extra plumbing and the propane tank itself is a turn off for me. And if you're in a part of the world that prohibits propane on certain roads (like tunnels on the east cost), then that would be another negative. 2nd gen HO motors didn't get along with propane very well either (blown headgaskets), but I can't say if that's the case with your 2003.

I'd lean towards a timing box (or a Smarty) if I was looking to save some fuel with a little power kick. About the same price as the 'pane, but a lot more practical.
