Proper order for BOMBing your ISB

Thought I would post a link to this old topic as there seem to be alot of new guys here. Some of the products have changed, but the order for bombing is still holds true. Remember that this is just one mans opnion, but it has not failed me yet.

JR2... thanks for the link to that post! I must have referred to it a hundred times yesterday at our BOMB party here. I explained all my mods, but when they asked for suggestions what to do when, I told them to search on TDR for that thread. You just saved a lot of guys from having to search!

For the manual trannys, I don't recall if that thread hints about saving some cash for a replacement clutch... #ad


It won't take all that long to need one once the bug bites you! #ad

Get dd3's. PE, EZ, VA, Blue box, nitrous, propane, ether, nitroglycerin, etc. When you fry the clutch get a ceramic. When you break your gears, change ratios. When the turbo melts, get a bigger one. Now that you have the one you want better get gauges. Now its time for an exhaust. When you suck the stock paper filter in, get a schotty & k&n. When you find you are going too fast and burn your brakes, get an exhaust brake.

This stuff is very logical.
