I'd say bad operator i've had the dually on a truck like that one loading on a uphill off ramp and never pulled the wheels.

That has to be staged. What tow truck operator that is worth a darn would leave the truck like that? Even if it was a bad operator, I couldn't imagine them not putting the bed back down.

Edit - Not to mention, the guy is nowhere to be seen.

The tow truck driver told me that this was going to happen because of the weight of our trucks. Once the bed is back up over the truck the tires will find mother earth again. I had him stop so I could take a couple pic's.

I think a better Title would have been "Who is towing Who" :-laf

That's a great trick photo. That's an International. It looks like the the same truck that towed my brother-in-laws Ford F-250 to a Ford Dealer, (one of many times it had to be towed), some 60 miles and I picked them up on my Dodge to get them home. My brother-in-law was sure impressed with the diesel on the International and he asked the driver if that was a Powerstrock. The driver replied, are you kidding, this is good engine, it's a Cummins. My brother-in-law said it must be bigger then the ones on a Dodge truck. The driver replied, it's the same one, 5. 9 liter. My brother-in-law is one of those Dodge haters, but now he's impressed with Cummins.

I did that one time to a F-450 Rollback with a lowly 7. 3 IDI when it was loading my previous Reg Cab 97 4x4. I never saw it but my girlfriend and dad did! :-laf

We must have heavier rollback trucks here in Oklahoma! My company builds test equipment that is very close in size to a full size van(6 ft tall, 140 some odd inches long and about 6 feet deep) and weighs every bit as much as my truck(approx. 7600#). I have seen the front ends get light but never seen them come off the ground like that.

Those are pretty dang cool looking pics though! Those would be good to send in to the 'oops' list(http://www.micom.net/oops/).
