Any of you that have the ProPods Triple Pod #93531 on a 04 how much clearance do you have between the dash and the guage(lower one)? I just put it up to see how it fits and it will rub on the dash on mine. I can not see any clearance between it and the dash. One person said they have 3/8" between the pod and dash but I talked to Genos and they said thats the way they fit, they rub. I guess ProPod is the only that makes one. I could probably cut some off of it to get a clearance but.

Mine actually moves around a fair amount, but it has never touched the dash. I'd guess it varies from 3/8 to 1/8 inch due to cab flex. Mine looked like it was going to be sitting on the dash when I mocked it up during install, but once everything was in it was off the dash.

I will post some pics of mine, has 3/8" in clearance and fits like factory, no gaps or goofy looking spaces anywhere, it is a trick install to get it to look CUSTOM.

My Pro Pod double pod on my 2004 rubbed the dash. I just purchased a triple pod from Mark @ dieselperformanceparts.com and it clears the dash by over 1/2". The gauges don't stick out nearly as far and the texture (not only the color) actually matches the truck.

MUCH better than the Pro Pod. The one from DPPI also has a recessed screw head, whereas the Pro Pod has an ugly black screw that isn't recessed.

Hope this helps! :)
