My wife and I are kind of proud of a writing assignment our 12 yr. old, Andrew, did. He's in the 7th grade. My wife never allowed "babytalk" when our girls were tots and the rewards were very fast in coming. Both girls have had great vocabularys, Dad can't spell, from early on.
