Nothing is perfect and I cant afford an Alfa Whatever, am doing ok or am I getting screwed?

Seems slightly high, not sure though (maybe barry will chime in). I bought one used almost 2yrs ago except it's 27' long, other than that it sounds exactly the same. I think I paid 12,500 (but i had a tip from a friend that the dealership was going to send it to auction, so maybe i just got lucky). A lot of people hate fleetwood, but I have had 0 problems, and it's been drug from God's country up to Canada once and to Colorado twice (across those New Mexico cattle trails), plus the many in-state trips. It's not built like a tank, but I feel I definitely got my money's worth.

Well it's mine now, CU said it booked at 16k, who knows. With the house closing on Friday (tomorrow) I'm glad to have it. Best of all, it needs no work so we can move in immediately. Sure beats paying rent while the new house is being built.

Dmurdoc, are you going to the LSTDR in Kerrville?

Unfortunately not... one of about 3 weekends a year I have to work. Gonna miss it too, I've been to every one so far... oh well.
