Has anyone been on their sight lately or talked to them on the phone???

Been trying to get on there website all weekend and it wont load and the phone number I have has been disconected

I sent him an email when I was waiting for mine last week and he replied pretty fast letting me know that my box was on the way... I think it took me roughly 2 weeks to get mine once I ordered it

Man I dont know what to tell you. . and now I'm kinda worried about getting my $100 core charge back when I send my old box in. . I tried the website and couldnt get anything as well. . I checked and that is the only email address I have for them so hopefully their server is just down which would kill the website and not allow emails. .

On that first post it could be you wrote the phone number wrong.



Yours was 817-270-0120. When I googled it I got: 817- 270-0102



I just called and reached their recording saying it was past their business hours which was 7Pm their time.



I took a guess at entering extension 100 and reached their accouting dept after hours. Sounds like they are still in business.



Try the phone again tomorrow if the site is still down.
