There was another thread awhile ago about a guy who could have been this clown's brother.

I think it was posted from Buick Turbo site and ran on for 11 or 12 pages.

The guy who wouldn't pay up had the same "I'm a victim" attitude as the one in this story.



I couldn't find the link, or thread but it was entertaining reading.

Anyone know where it went?

Wow - reading that REALLY makes me appreciate the job our moderators and the Pattons do to keep this site civilized. We also have a great group of members here in the TDR, so I know that helps a lot too.

I've thought about posting a thread like that one (sans profanity) here a few times and did it once due to a jerk keeping the kdp jig for much too long, not responding to emails or PMs yet continuing to post here. I have usually resorted to the telephone on my dime first though. The one time I did post a nasty message here with the abusers real name in the subject line he emailed me in less than 30 minutes, the jig was in the mail the next day, I had a moderator delete the thread within an hour before it snowballed, it looked like it was going to go the same way the thread on that other site did. I was afraid he might get lynched. We're not totally free of jerks here, every group is bound to have a few.

BTW a KDP jig goes for $300, it's something to use and move not hang onto till it fits your schedule.

Yup. I think that guy was in Chicago, or it's whereabouts.
