As we like to do here on the TDR when a vendor treats us right, I would just like to publicly thank Edge Products. I e-mailed Aaron a couple of weeks ago regarding a low power problem I was having that I thought might be related to my EZ. He told me to try unplugging and replugging the unit in to see if it made any difference. After trying that I again contacted him and he told me just to send the unit in and they would warranty it. I contacted Edge while waiting for my EZ to return and this time I spoke with Justin, who was more than helpful tracking my shipment and answering other questions.
Needless to say, I received the new EZ yesterday, hooked it up and my problem has been solved.
The power has returned.
Once again, Edge has come through.
