Thanks, TDR Staff

Why does it state that some pumps cannot be turned up?

What do you guys have that works well, and might replace the mirrors I have on my '92? I'd like to stay away from a "clamp on" fender mounted model and go with something that adjusts out for towing my travel trailer, and then slides back "home" for daily duty.

If there's a retail outlet a recommended model is available at, let me know that as well.

Thanks,

Jeff

mirrors

Thanks for the post about mirrors. I have regular size mirrors about 4"x7" prox. They pull out for towing secured by allen screw in either position. Like them real well but they vibrate a bit. Wish there was an adjustment to tighten. They flop around a little at the point where the rod enters the mirror. ::confused: :

Unfortunately the mirror manufacturers have forgotten that

first generation dodges still exist . Every extendable mirror

that I've found is designed for 1994 to present models.

Lucerix makes what you're describing,

www.automirrorsource.com

but I doubt that they would fit your truck. I have clamp on

mirrors that have worked well for several years. I bought mine

from,Wards Truck Mirrors. I think he sold out or changed

the name because,I see the identical mirrors under the

company name,K-T Sales,(877) 321-1067. The company

is in Yuma,Arizona. I went to their website,www.ktsales.com

but it's under construction
