Also ran I had some tuning issues and hit the rev limiter 4 times (which heavily defueled the motor) going down the track. I came back at the end of the class and made an exhibition hook with a different tune and pulled over 290'. BTW, I'm the TTPA points leader, Tony's Duramax is in 2nd and Dale's Duramax is in 3rd.

More often than not this is the excuse we hear here also with Dmaxes on the dyno also"Tuning issue My engine defueled :-laf "



Motor which one,the starter or the blower MOTOR?I believe the correct term is "Engine"

I did have the AC on so maybe it was the blower motor

I'm not too worried because the ECM won't hit the rev limiter like it did at Genessee and it won't be dropping 6000 psi of rail pressure like it has the past several hooks either

Thanks for clearing that up Rod. I was thinking the same thing about 282-285
