Pull-rite Superglide 24k hitch

I want to use a Superglide hitch on my long bed to give me clearance for a sleeper shell to haul the dog, cat, etc. , in. Feedback on where to purchase for best price? Sleeper shells seem to have fallen out of favor and are hard to find. I may have to fabricate out of aluminum. Anyone else use a sleeper shell like this, or know where to buy them? Thanks!
