Pulled the Head

Got the head off my 96 and it still has the cross hatching marks at 174k! Need to take a look at the head and see if there are any cracks. Looks pretty good, but has some deposits. A little lip at the top of the cylinders.

The gasket water seals blew through at the small coolant holes on the passenger side. All five of them in the same spots.

So now I am thinking of a valve job since I have it off that way I will get another 174K! Anybody know a good shop in Utah?
