Pulling w/stock 04.5

So, how do these 325/600's pull w/out BOMBING? I still have my 98. 5 w/all the mods and it pulls great even though it's an auto. Now I have the 04. 5 6speed and am chomping at the bit. I only pull about 10k and here in Ca. you have some pretty good grades, especially the Grapevine and Tahachapi mnts. (hope I spelled that right). What can I expoect?

Mine pulled great before I started bombing. They have tons of power and w/ the 6spd you should be able to pull as fast as you want. better get a pyro though even stock mine would tend to heat up untill I lost the cat and changed the muffler.

I rolled through the scales at just under 40k. Pulling the passes you've talked about with 4 goosenecks isn't fast, but passable at 60 or so. With 10k, you'll have to back out of it. Cali needs to do away with the 55mph for trucks with trailers.



Oh yeah, I've got 145k miles on my 600.
