pulling with met. brake pads?

any ideas???

put in a set of metallic brake pads (guess the kind used in ambulance's)6 months ago. since then i have had a pulling problem to the passanger's side. brought in in to DC to have a leaky transfer case fixed(still leaking ) and had them take a look at the brakes. they couldn't find a problem but tried telling me the Alcoa's and oversized BFG's were the cause. they switched wheels and said it took care of MOST of the problem. (it didn't) anyway, have any of you had similar problems with this type of pad? if you have, is there a solution besides the obvious?TIA... . james
