"Weigh as you go"

I am seriously considering a PR hitch for my rig. This is in anticipation of an Arctic Fox 22M in the near future. PR rep says I don't lose the spare. Good news, but she did say that there will be a "bit of maneuvering" to get it out and back in. Has anyone tried removing the spare after installing the PR and how hard was it? Also, I know that I should be good with the 10K PR considering the 580lbs hitch weight and GVWR of 6,000 plus 1,000 lbs of "stuff". Would it be better to get the 20K and use the sleeve or will the w/d bars be too over rated for such a small but heavy trailer?? I know it's over kill but I was thinking what if I went to a larger TT in the future, I would already have a 20K installed. I really don't care about the extra 60 lbs. going from a 10-20K. Any thoughts from PR owner would be appreciated. Thanks in advanced.
