How bad do I need to get a 3pc manilfold if I upgrade turbos? I am getting a Silver Bullet and wondering if I should get a manifold too while I am spending... or can it wait?

On the 12V, I would. I still haven't done mine, yet, but it's on the list. The 12V manifolds have a tendency to shrink, and bend the bolts, or worse. It will be one of my future mods, as I can see the bolts starting to bend on mine.

i got mine from a guy on ebay that sells them delivered for $435, seems to have helped spool up and doesn't leak from having shrunk like the old one, i was expecting the coating to flake off but last weeks return trip of over 1100 miles of continuous fairly high egt towing didn't faze it

I would get one, I just had to replace my head because it cracked around the ears on the head from manifold shrinking.

My stocker had shrunk, even before BOMBing. Bought mine from www.powerbypoole.com Was about the same price as WD quoted. No coating, though.
