Pump adjustment?

I had the shop turn up my pump pressure recently when they were making some other repairs. Now I want to turn it back some. I couldn't find the thread here. Can someone help me out?

I have a 95, 5 spd, stock (not for long).

You need help from Diesl B5. 9 or Joe D. and Power Wagon works on P7100 pumps.
