It always sucks when ya do that! I did it too. The way that I found about where the original power screw setting was simply by the idle. You probably had to set your idle back when you turned it up right? This can be even easier if there is still markings on the threads of the idle screw. Just turn the idle screw back to where it was, then use the power screw to adjust your idle. For your diaphram adjustment, just puyll the shaft out and look to see where the pin rubbed the biggest mark in on the cone shaped part of the shaft, then work your throttle linkage while looking down in the hole to see where the pin is and simply line the two up!
