Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Pump cover????

I just bought a used Blue Chip pump cover and I need some advice(help) on installing it, since it didnt come with instructions. :{ Please help! Thanks,Don

HELP!! I need to get a hold of a #25 Torx bit plus tamper proof. I need this to get the cover off. Looked at all the parts stores around here, and all I get is wierd looks! I dont really want to buy a whole set either. Found 1 place, but you need to fill out a form saying that you'll only use it at work. Whats that all about???????????

Any help, or suggestions?
