The marine 4bta 250 hp version has a P pump. Not sure if any others do.

P-Pump 4BT

The place i used to work at bought a brand new crate motor that was a 4bt and it had an inline injection pump and we mounted a hydralic pump that was coupled to the crankshaft and that was what the motor was going to do for its lifespan, the p-pump was very similar to the 6bta but it is missing two injection lines.
