pump question

What does the solenoid on the bottom front of the pump do? It looks like the wire goes back to the air manifold temp sensor. Does this act to advance any timing on the pump?

yep, KSB Soelenoid (sp?).



Increases your timing when charge air sensor is below xxxx degrees (50ish?). It does this by increasing pump pressures.
