Archived Pump timing help in Haines, Alaska

A friend of a friend in Haines has some truck issues. One of which is the pump has been removed and rebuilt, but the idividual (not the owner) that is working on it can't get it timed.



It's a 2nd gen 12 valve. Is anyone in the area that could help?



I've e-mailed Jim Fulmers method for no dial indicator but I don't think it's helped.
