I'm going to be checking/setting timing on a buddies P7100. I set these up at work using DC specs(I'm a dealership wrench)around 4. 6mm. This seems to work well, but both of us tow our Jeeps against PSDs and DMs so we're looking for a little free power. His truck is stock, what upgrades besides injectors work well for these 2nd gen trucks(I'm a 1st gen guy). Thanks for any advise.

Go to http://www.tstproducts.com/power_kits.html
and order a power kit for the truck for $300 bucks you can pick up 70-100 HP. depending on the year and transmission. They will guide u to the proper kit for your application. Great people to work with. ( I have no ties to them, except as satisfied customer )

Try the manual trans specs. from your service manual vs the 4. 6. Maybe 5. 7mm lift?
Look at the model year and mm lift vs timing stated on the gear housing tag.

I like 6. 2mm is the max most go, this works better with some injectors and or combo of torque plate and injectors.

This only enhances the fueling enhancements, without extra fueling this probably isn't going to give you the missing "ponies" Opps that a Ford, ahh mising goats! #ad
Better ?

We like the TST stuff too. Excellent vendor.

Nacho, Have you ever been Jeepin in Moab Utah? Easter Jeep Safari? Just asking cause I saw in your poste that you tow a Jeep around. If not you should! We have some of the best 4-wheeling in the country here. #ad
Anyway this has nothing to do with your topic so I will shut up now.

For the money TST is the cheapest horsepower and torque you can buy. You wont beleive the difference and the directions are excellent. I dont work for them either just another satisfied customer.
