#@$%!Has anyone else been less than impressed with the "lifetime" warranty on the raptor pumps?

"Talked to them again this morning after taking the pump apart, like they asked, seems the bearings have failed. The awesome “lifetime” warranty means I had to diagnose something that I don’t feel I should have had too, wasting a day causing me to pay $80-90 in shipping if I want the truck running this week. Seems they will only pay for shipping if it fails in the first year, mine is 13 and 1/2 months old. Long holiday weekend means if I don’t it could be Tuesday before its up and running again, been down sense Monday
