Purpose of AFC and fuel

Guys how does the AFC work? What does it do?

What is the purpose of the AFC?

Does it have anything to do with fuel getting to the injectors?

What happens if the AFC is not working properly?

Last,where is the fuel screen?

The AFC has an arm that sticks down beside the fuel plate - both are rack limits. The AFC limits preboost fuel - boost will move the arm forward, then the fuel plate takes over. The screen is in the bowl on the bottom of the fuel heater - by the lift pump. Craig
