Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Pusher pump. don't by from gofast / Team-performance

I ordered a Carter 4600 from this outfit back on Aug 4. (Summit is out of stock) I have been calling them every day and end up sitting on hold for long times. This is the second worst customer handling I have ever seen. They keep promising that they are going to ship it to me and never do. Stay away from them.

Is it that the PE pumps have been put on hold due to a wicked set of failures and NOBODY can get them? I heard rumors about that.



I am in a similar battle I feel your pain.

I stated that about PE pumps a little while back. I had written them about the PE4300 with its return line. After about 3 weeks they wrote me back (they were very busy) and told me they had suspended all sales of the PE pumps for the Dodge Cummins applications due to some failures that needed investigation. They did assure me they were on top of solving the problem and they seemed very interested in providing a good product for us.



But that is pretty poor service with just a Carter pusher pump. Got any Autozones nearby? I think they can get them.

alltho my battle is with a set of tailights. My 4200 rocks!
