For the 600 with 48re, 4" exh, AFE, what is the recommended pusher pump and exhaust elbow to accompany the TST box. With the addition of the pusher and the elbow, what HP/TQ number should I be able to run without tearing it up on the street? Towing at 15k lbs. ?

A boost elbow with the TST box is probably a bad idea in my opinion. The box gives alot of fuel and you want be able to use all of it with a stock turbo. Turning the boost too high will blow up the turbo.

I'm confused. Are you talking about the boost elbow (the little brass one that controls pressure to the wastegate) or the exhaust elbow (the cast iron piece clamped to the back of the turbo)?

As for pusher pumps, DD sells a kit and the Fass or Fuel Preporator are other options.

I haven't installed the boost elbow yet and I don't know if I ever will. I get plenty of power on 5/6 which is the highest TST recommends for a stock clutch. They recommend you stay at 3/3 or below if you have a stock 48RE.

I had TST's boost elbow in at first but I replaced it with the stock one after about 3 days. The boost just climbed too fast with the restricted elbow and even with the stock one I can touch 38 psi.
