I'm regulated at 17psi between the filter and VP, this should help the warm start condition. I am at the tail end of trying to figure out what took out my ECM, down to checking into the unlikely at this point. Whatever it was may have created a problem that does not appear on a loaner ECM but reappeared on my repaired original ECM, which worked fine in another truck. I am seriously starting to think demonic possession at this point. :-laf
