Does anyone think it is "DOABLE" to saw a hole in the dash just above the air vent that is on the left of the stereo? I'm talking about like the SRT-4. You could just put a color matched sleeve or pipe tubing in the hole and then insert the guage into the sleeve. It would look slick and the guage would be very visible.

Anything is possible, but that would take alot of time and talent. If you botch it or don't like it, it will cost a pile of $$$$ to replace. It would be alot easier and safer to put a single pod on the A post.

From the looks of it I would not think you would need to make the hole in the dash as big as the tube, just make the tube slightly longer so the back of the guage would not extend past the rear of the tube into the dash, then you would only need a hole big enough to secure it and run wires through.
