Saw Don D's mileage report and thought I'd give one too.

Before the PW injectors I got 13. 5 mpg (apparent) all the time.

After 2 tanks and lots of fun I'm at 13. 0.

I'm sure if I were to drive "normal" it would be better than before the mod.

It is really hard to shift before 2000 rpm because I'm so used to flooring it all the time. I don't need to do that now (but it's so fun) with the extra power and I have to really concentrate and use a ballon foot because the truck goes through the gears so fast now.

I do a tremendous amount of stop and go driving and when on the freeway I run at 2500-2750 rpm and boost is 13 psi.

I'm VERY pleased with how much extra power I have for a . 5 mpg decrease.

And if I can keep my foot out of it.....

BTW, I usually go by "apparent" mileage, odometer reading divided by gallons. My true mileage, correcting for speedometer error, is about 3% better.

Hi mark93
Just thought I would let you know what I've been running as to mileage. I have recorded every gallon of diesel I've put in my '93 since the first one 118,000 miles ago. My combined average is 18. 47 with a low of 9. 5 towing my trailer into a 35mph headwind to 23. 67 without a trailer. I am running 3. 54 gears, other than that we appear to be running pretty much the same.
Happy Trails

'93 Banks Power Pack, K&N air filter, BD Power Injectors and tweaked pump - 27lbs boost unloaded.
