Hmmmmm..... How does one volunteer?? #ad

Truthfully, I am a little scared to put any more power through my Getrag with 380,000 Km on it, it already growls. I am a torque junky and would love to have this ol girl strapped down to see what she can do.
How can we take the heat from these new injectors if they are more than mine? Shoot, I already peg 1150 - 1200 pre-turbo unloaded. More fuel for long and I would have 6 holes of goo. LOL

The idea of these injectors is to be able to make more hp & not have to turn up the pump. I can turn up this fellows pump to make those hp #'s & not even put any new injectors in, but & it's a big but, once you turn up the VE pump it's life expectancy starts going down. Of course there is a few of us nut cases that want lots of power & will do both #ad
I agree that we will not experience such a dramatic increase when we get a set into the non intercooled model, but I'm still expecting to see about 25-30 more horses. Jason are you up to coming out for a visit? #ad
I don't mind sending a set to someone, but they'll need to be willing to have some accurate before and after dyno results.

Just to be sure, are these the number we were selling? Piers, if you don't know for sure, email me the number and I'll let you know.

That 50 HP falls right in line with the calculations we made from vehicle performance increases.

Man, I'm thinking here... a 1st gen truck with a set of those hotties, a 3300 rpm governor, an NV5600 conversation, 14CM2 wastegated housing... A better intercooler, straight pipe exhaust, and we just might make a pretty mean little PSD buster...

Power Wagon I believe you're selling Bosch injectors. These are Lucas [ The Prince Of Darkness #ad
injectors. As far as dynos go, I prefer the Mustang, but Clayton, Dynojet, etc. are all good dynos.

LUCAS??? I did investigate various Lucas numbers, and some of them were cheap, but I finally decided that none of them looked like a good upgrade.

BTW, don't you mean DELPHI??????????

Who/where have the PW injectors for my 93 3500 4x cc (bone stock) What, exactly do I need to do after installing these babies to make max hp/min smoke.

Thanks,
Ken

Before the injectors - gauges especially if you are towing. If you are not, it is hard to keep it floored long enough to generate any dangerous EGT, but get them anyway. Then, K&N filter, straight through muffler. Next: pw injectors, and a 16cm2 or 14cm2 turbo housing. Finally, mild pump tweaks to fine tune smoke and power. You will have a rocket ship on your hands, and you will indeed ruin most stock diesel trucks.

Stabco has them turbo housing and injectors:
Luke Stabnow [stabco@bbc.net], nice 16cm2 or 14cm2 turbos here too.

Forgot where this is Gateway Cummins? Pretty old group purchase on PW injectors.

wow, Coeur'd Alene. Different place than when I moved from near there in 1973. We used to build bonfires and roast marshmellows where the floating green on that golf course is now!

Welcome bandit. Always room for more first gen. owners here. #ad

Here's a link to a top notch Northwest shop. www.wentlanddiesel.com
I believe they are running a winter injector special right now.
I'm mechanically capable, but I had them freshen and calibrate my pump and set my timing while at their place for the injectors. I really feel that these things are crucial to fully benefit from your new hotter injectors. Give them a call. They're a few miles south of Walla Walla.

Based on Piers test of a BD exhaust'd, K&N filtered, 14cm2 housing equipped, pump tweaked truck at 178 hp (20 hp over stock) then new injectors alone yielding over 50 hp increase AND personal experience with those types of mods and then new injectors, Get the injectors FIRST. The hp/$ can't be beat. Add the other stuff afterward.
