I finally decided to buy some guages, and put them in a couple of weeks ago. I've been monitoring my readings and just want to compare with some of you guys for a sanity check before i put in a plate and GSK. At idle my pyro reads 300 Dg & the boost is at 0. Max temp reached so far was 900 DG at 75mph on the Cajon pass grade. boost is 10 psi at 200 rpm on flatland. Max boost recorded was 20 psi climbing. As you can see I'm semi stock. I plan to order plate and springs this week. Oo. ;) ;)

Those numbers sound about right for a stock engine if the pyro was installed pre-turbo. A little high for the EGT if after turbo.

Dphillips, plug your wastegate line, you will be surprised how much better your truck will run, I was surprised big time when I plugged mine. Plugging it should give you about 30-32 pounds at WOT, assuming you have an automatic of course. I have heard of people frowning on plugging the line, but I don't think 32 pounds is gonna blow a gasket, and the intercooler is supposidly tested at 50 lbs, so I thought what tha hell you know.
