Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Pyro Probe

I want to put my pyro probe pre-turbo but I have to get a new probe because the person who put the old probe in the down pipe welded it in. What is the part # for the probe and the pigtail and everything I need to put it in the manifold. Thanks y'all

Well, an EGT probe is not a stock part. It is an aftermarket accesory that can be purchased at any diesel performance shop. No part #, just call Geno's Garage or Summit or some performance shop that sells gauges and I think the kit should include a 1/4" or 1/8" NPT boss fitting that will be installed in the manifold. My Banks kit came with all the necessary hardware, but not sure on other companies.

Your signature indicates you have autometer gauges. You will need an autometer pyro probe designed for the full scale reading on your meter.

Anyone selling autometer gauges should be able to provide you with the correct probe.
