Lift Pump Question

I was one of the minority of members who had their pyrometer installed post turbo, at the top of the downpipe to be exact. Now that I replaced the exhaust system I want to move the pyro to the exhaust manifold. Can someone tell me if I can use the same probe, because this one looks like it would be too long to insert in the manifold. It could be just my imagination. And if I can use the same one, what's the best way to go about tapping it. It seems like I read awhile back about how to do it; however, I can't seem to locate that thread.

Thanks,

Dan

Nocal, you can reuse the probe if you did not hammer the nut down on it too tight when you put it in the first time. Just loosen the nut and slide it down where the tip of the probe is about center in the manifold. TST has some pretty good instructions on how to put it in. Here is the link - http://www.tstproducts.com/gauge_install.html

Let me know if yo need anymore info. Good luck.
